Overview

The 1/2 day course will provide a detailed summary of the OneCell Solution.  It highlights the benefits of implementing the solution, the system components and connectivity requirements. The course also provides an overview of the system installation, configuration, monitoring and performance management processes.

This course is designed for management and technical support personal needing a more in-depth understanding of the OneCell Solution.  The class min/max size is 3/10.
